Product Definition
Standard performance single component cement based ceramic adhesive mortar with reduced Slipping Property and long workability time

Application Areas
> Used for bonding small and medium sized (*) floor and wall ceramic tiles with water absorption rate above 3%,
>For bonding coating materials like natural stone, travertine and decorative coating bricks
(*) : Coating materials with a maximum size of 33x33 cm.

Application Surface:
> for re-coating of tiles on tile surfaces,
> for surfaces like concrete, plaster and screed.

> Indoors and outdoors

Application Instructions
> Ensure that the surface is cured and strong.
> Clean the surface by removing the residues that may prevent adhesion.
> Correct the defects on the application surface with TamirArt or Mastar 10.
Application
> Pour down 25 kg. of powder mortar into 6 - 7,5 lt. of water slowly and mix until you have a lump free mortar . (A low speed mixer is recommended for the mixture.)
> Let the mortar settle for 5-10 minutes for maturation, mix again before starting the application.
> Spread the mortar onto the surface and comb with a notched trowel (See: Trowel Notch Size Table) suitable for the size of the tile.
> Fix the tiles within 30 minutes onto the combed mortar. Fix the tiles within 30 minutes onto the combed mortar.
> Consume the prepared mortar within 6 hours.
> Dispose off the expired or scabbed mortar.
> Apply grouting after 8 hours on walls and 1 day on floors.

Warnings

> Due to its cement based content, avoid breathing its powder, avoid skin and eye contact.
> Do not add any additives other than those stated in the Application Instructions.

Storage
> Store in dry medium in maximum 10 layer stacks.
> Shelf Life: 12 months in unopened package stored in dry medium.

Packaging
> 10 kg. and 25 kg. Craft sacks.

Quality Documents
> TS 11140 EN 12004 and DIN EN 12004 certificate C1TE(*) class.
(*) C: Cement based, 1: Normally hardens (Standard Performance), T: Reduced slipping property, E: Extended open time.
