Application Instructions
Surface Preparation
> Apply SeraCare Surface Protector to flat and porous coating materials like cotto, clinker and glossy granite ceramic before starting the grouting application.
> Clean grout joints from all residues that may prevent adhesion and dampen the joints.
Application
> Pour down 20 kg. of powder mortar into 6 - 6,6 lt. of water slowly and mix until you have a lump free mortar. (A low speed mixer is recommended for the mixture.)
> Let the mortar settle for 5 minutes for maturation, mix again before starting the application.
> Spread the mortar to the surface and fill it to the grout joints with a rubber trowel with criss-cross movements and scrape out the excess amounts.
> Clean the surface with a damp sponge after around 20 - 30 minutes.
> Clean and wipe the surface with a dry cloth after it is dry.
> Consume the prepared mortar within 1 hour. Dispose off the expired mortar.
> Pay attention to the rate of water that shall be added to powder mortar, avoid application in a slurry composition.
> The space can be made available for use 1 day after the grouting application.
> Use FugaFlex joint filler during application of tiles with low water absorption rate such as granite ceramic.
Warnings
> Due to its cement based content, avoid breathing its powder, avoid skin and eye contact.
> Do not add any additives other than those stated in the Application Instructions.
Storage
> Store the craft sacked product in dry medium in maximum 10 layer stacks.
> Shelf Life, 12 months in unopened package stored in dry medium.

> 20 kg. Craft sack, 1 - 5 kg. polyethylene bag
