Course Repair Mortar
Product Definition
Single component, cement based polymer supported surface repair mortar.
Application Areas
> For building restoration works,
> For having a smooth surface before painting, ceramic covering and isolation,
> For filling thick cracks,
> For repairing damaged surfaces like decomposed, caved, broken, detached concrete, plaster, etc,
> For fairfaced concrete, prefabricated concrete, gas concrete, briquette and brick surfaces,
> Application thickness between 5-30 mm.

Application Instructions
Surface Preparation
> Clean the surface by removing the residues that may prevent adhesion.
> Ensure that the surface is cured and strong.
> Dampen the surface before starting the application or use Kalekim Primer for better results.
Application
> Pour down 25 kg. of powder mortar into 5,5 - 5 lt. of water slowly and mix until you have a lump free mortar.(A low speed mixer is recommended for the mixture.)
> Let the mortar settle for 5-10 minutes for maturation, mix again before starting the application.
> Fill the detached, cracked and broken sections at the floor thoroughly with trowel.
> Can be applied in thicknesses between 5 - 30 mm.
> Polish the surface with a damp sponge.
> Consume the prepared mortar within 25 minutes. Dispose off the expired mortar.
> It is recommended to dampen the surface from time to time during 24 hours after the application.
Warnings
> Due to its cement based content, avoid breathing its powder, avoid skin and eye contact.
> Do not add any additives to the product, other than those stated in the Application Instructions.

Storage
> Store in dry medium in maximum 10 layer stacks.
> Shelf Life, 12 months in unopened package stored in dry medium.
