Epoxy resin based, triple component, solvent-free Grouting Material and Adhesive.

Application Instructions
As Grouting Material
> The temperature of the application surface and ambient temperature must be +16°C / +29°C . Keep the material at room temperature for 1 day before the application.
> Remove all dust, dirt and construction residues from the grout joints.
> The 3 component product is packed as 14,3 kg, out of which 1,6 kg. is resin, 0,8 kg. is hardener and 11,9 kg. is powder filling. The mixture can be arranged in required quantity in compliance with these rates. First mix the resin and hardener with trowel in a wide container for about 1 minute.
> Finally add the powder filling slowly and mix for 2 minutes until you have no lumps and dry powder. Pour the prepared mixture on the tiles at once and fill the grout joints thoroughly with a polyester or steel spatula.
> Remove the residues on the tiles at once by scraping them with steel spatula.
> Clean the residues on the tiles at once with a hard sponge damped with lukewarm water containing detergent with circular movements. Change the cleaning water frequently.
> All such procedures must be finalized in a quick manner and thus the application must be performed by a team. Take the open times into consideration for such purpose.
As an Adhesive
> The temperature of the application surface and ambient temperature must be +16°C / +29°C . Keep the material at room temperature for 1 day before the application.
> Mixing of the components and the periods are as stated in grouting application.
> Pour this mixture on the dry and clean application surface free from dust and construction residues. Smear the mixture to the vertical surfaces.
> Spread the mixture with a suitable notched trowel and bond the tiles leaving suitable grout joints.
> Do not walk on the tiles for 24 hours after they are laid.
Warnings
> The humidity of the application surface must be maximum 5%.
> Ventilate the working environment during the application and wear gloves.
> Wash with ample amounts of water upon contact with skin or eye.
> Do not add any additives other than those stated in the Application Instructions.

> Store in dry medium.
> Shelf Life: 12 months at room temperature in closed warehouses not exposed to sunshine
