Kalekim, a company of Kale Group, holds product and application seminars for ceramic masters and paint masters in the scope of “Master Club” which has 35 thousand members. It is aimed to reach around 30 thousand masters with “Kalekim Master Seminars” and “KaleColor Paint Seminars.” Kalekim, the market leader brand of Kalekim A.Ž. in ceramic adhesive and grouting mortar products, has hold seminars for over 25 thousand masters in 3 months. KaleColor has reached over 2 thousand paint masters in one month. The masters who are not members of “Kalekim Master Club” have been also invited to the seminars in addition to the member masters. The seminars have been met with great interest and participated masters have stated that the information they obtained on new products and latest application techniques will be very useful in their works.
“Kalekim Master Seminars” have started in May 28 2007. Apart from applied information on new products, appropriate solutions to the problems frequently encountered by the masters have also been given in these seminars. The masters who have answered the questions asked during the trainings have been awarded. All participants have taken their certificates issued by Kalekim on their behalf. Over 25 thousand ceramic masters have attended the seminars held around Turkey in 86 places. A total of 164 seminars have been held in the scope of Master Seminars ended in August 31, 2007.
In the scope of “Paint Seminars” organized by Kalecolor, one of the leading companies of Turkey’s paint sector and one of the 4 brands of Kalekim, the company meets paint masters in Turkey. “Kalecolor Paint Seminars” have started in July 9, 2007 and Kalecolor has reached over 2 thousand paint masters in one month. Kalecolor aims to give training to approximately 6 thousand paint masters in 46 seminars. Masters who participate in the seminars in which information on new products and theoretical information are given take participation certificates at the end of their training. “Kalecolor Paint Seminars” will be held in 46 places around Turkey, and seminars will end in Fethiye in November 6, 2007.

Apart from the production of ceramic adhesives which started in 1966 within the scope of Ēanakkale Kaleseramik, the first ceramic producer of Turkey and one of the most important organizations in Turkey, the first ceramic masters seminar and master satisfaction survey in Turkey were made in the same year. Ceramic adhesive production was incorporated in 1973 and its activities started under the name Kalekim Ceramic masters gathered under the same organization and laid the foundations of Kalekim Master Club.
Every year, Ceramic Coating Training Meetings and Paint-Plaster Training Meetings are organized in 250 places around Turkey for Kalekim Master Club members and people who attend Development and Adaptation Courses. The number of Kalekim Master Club members has reached 35 thousand with the participation of ceramic masters, paint masters, plaster masters, jacketing masters and isolation masters. Kalekim issues Personal Accident Insurance for all members. With Dr Żbrahim Bodur Kaleseramik Education, Health and Social Aid Foundation, 5500 masters are given Ceramic Floor and Wall Tiles coating courses, Development and Adaptation Courses on Paint-Plaster and Outer Heat Insulation approved by Ministry of Education with the support of European Union in Żbrahim Yetimova Master Training Facilities in Avcżlar Istanbul. The masters who successfully complete these courses performs a better quality service as “Certified Masters” in construction sector with their Ministry of Education approved certificates.
